Some people worry because of the long delay since the last version of RoR. I’m still here, busier than ever. A combination of heavy workload and lack of motivation has seriously delayed the long awaited version 0.32, network edition…
Fortunately, Thomas has kindly joined me in the development of RoR, and we are now actively forging the next version. I will never thank enough Thomas for his help and brilliant dedication. I also thank Jacob for making new buildings.
It has been more than two years since RoR was revealed to the public. Lots of things have changed since: the focus has changed from physics to gameplay, and the project is so large it becomes impossible to manage it alone (hence the now collaborative development). I think RoR has reached a threshold, and I think I will change the way RoR is developped once 0.32 is out.
Thanks for you patience, and kudos to all the modders,
Pricorde
The second revision of Ario 0.1 is out.
The main changes are :
Linux is a clone of the Unix kernel, written from scratch by Linus Torvalds with assistance from a loosely-knit team of hackers across the Net. It aims towards POSIX and Single UNIX Specification compliance. It has all the features you would expect in a modern fully-fledged Unix kernel, including true multitasking, virtual memory, shared libraries, demand loading, shared copy-on-write executables, proper memory management, and TCP/IP networking.
Changes: This release has a few bugfixes, so all users of the 2.6.22 series are encouraged to update to it. People with laptops will particularly appreciate the power savings in this release.

TORCS turns 10 this year, so I would like to take the opportunity to thank all contributors and especially the project founders Eric EspiƩ and Christophe Guionneau for their great work.
You can find the known facts about the TORCS history here. The birthday is not known, so if you like you can suggest a date. TORCS got meanwhile more than a million downloads from sf.net since its beginning and we had more than three million page views.
Bye, Bernhard.

We know that everyone is interested to find out what the team is currently working on. But not all of you have the time to monitor the Forums (http://forum.team-mediaportal.com/). There also is the changelog (news_feeds/mediaportal/svn-changelog.html), but since it only allows a short description, the entries are a bit cyrptic sometimes. ![]()
Thats why we will inform you about the interesting changes we are currently working on in our Team Blog (blogs/).
There you will find new entries from Developers, Designers and Testers in the future.
